same advice all over the place... ._.;;
I’ve been asking for mad help all over the place.
I can’t seem to lose any weight. No matter what I do, no matter what I change.
People keep saying:
1) Maybe you’re drinking too much alcohol. 2) Maybe you’re eating too much junk food. 3) Maybe you’re not exercising enough.
My answer:
1) For the past month I’ve only had about 4 drinks, 3 of those were on one...

I think I’ll bite the bullet and go to Kohl’s and buy pants.
I need more pants like a mofo.
I basically wear one pair.
I need to get over it and buy my real pant size, this pair isn’t cutting it, this weightloss is going to be a slow bitch and I might as well be comfy.

Everything’s settled in my throat/chest now.
Depending on when I get out of work I might take another day off exercise … did some weights and abs before bed last night … but cardio might have to wait.

new plan
I think the latest class I have next semester ends at 7:10pm.
I started my journey to fitness and health last time using Yoga Booty Ballet, so that’s what I’m going to use again this time.
Not only YBB but … the mass of other exercise DVDs I have and websites I use. xD
HOWEVER, the plan is to stick to the YBB exercise plan.
7 days a week - 6 of those 7 will contain cardio...

Is it okay to workout while you're sick?
I’ve been seeing that question a lot, so … I’m going to answer it.
Yes.
And no.
Mayo Clinic says it’s okay to workout if your symptoms are all above the neck - article. So if you have a cold, runny nose, sneezing, cough, etc. it should be alright to exercise, just remember to stay hydrated, listen to your body, and you should probably reduce the intensity.
